DAVID RAMAKERS, Partner
Founder and CEO of DynaFin Consulting since the decease of co-founder Manu de Sousa in October 2016. David has more than 15 years’ experience in consulting as Director, Area Manager, Project Manager and Senior Consultant (SD Worx Group, DIP Consulting), and an experience in operational management as Teamleader (Citibank Belgium). David had a strong background in managing business with all kinds of customers, and has been involved in a wide range of projects in different industries, with focus on Organisational Development, Change Management, HR strategy, Talent Management and Operational Excellence.

JO CUYVERS, Commercial Director
Jo has over 10 years of professional experience in the financial sector, with a strong focus on securities services. His career started at Procapital, a business process outsourcing provider in securities services, evolving towards the role of head of backoffice before orienting towards project management roles and delivered a series of market analysis.

JEAN FRANCOIS PILLIARD, Delivery Director
Jean-François has over 15-years track record in financial institutions. During the last 10 years in consulting, he has been involved in cross border projects aimed at the transformation and reorganization in security services, payments and asset management. He does not only take active roles into risk management and compliance projects, but he has a strong interest and a sound understanding of the regulatory issues and discussions in the financial sector, from both a political and business perspective.
RUBEN LOMBART, Talent & Organization Director
Ruben has more than 20 years’ experience in the HR Consultancy and also as HR Manager in different companies such as Dip Consulting, SD Worx Consultancy, Eumedica… . From the start of his career, Ruben has been involved in a wide range of projects in HR and more specifically Talent Management and organizational development. His lastest projects have mainly been on a strategic level: design and implementation of new models (company and HR) for both national or international companies.

CHRISTOPHE WAUTHIER, Business Manager Securities Services
Christophe has 15 years experience in the financial industry , mainly in the Securities sector. He began his career as back office specialist in the Private Banking before evolving to the Project Management and the consultancy (Procapital and DynaFin). More recently, Christophe has been involved in several projects (Outsourcing, M&A, launch of new offers, software implementation,…) as a securities processes expert.
