- You have a Bachelor / Master degree in Economics, Finance or Law
- You have minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience within a consultancy company, or similar experience within the Financial Services industry (banks, asset managers,…)

- Experience in BI tools such as SAS Visual Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI and Qlikview

Roles & Responsibilities
For our client we are looking for someone who can easily manage projects and contribute to compliance. A project Manager GDPR will be entitled to provide a project management expertise and organizing the main activities required to ensure that the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulations.
- Providing leadership in the project to meet the project’s objectives
- Coordinate and monitor the search and implementation of adequate IT solutions
- Guarantee compliance with the budgets, deadlines and scope provided for the roadmap and for IT subjects
- Centralize and synthesize deliverables for reporting or compliance purposes.
- Making contact with internal and external stakeholders of the Ethias company to launch and monitor the execution of actions and their proper monitoring
- Reports to the DPO and for this purpose, establishes a regular and very precise reporting of the progress and problems to the DPO
- Assisting in the comprehensive review of GDPR requirements and their impact on practices and procedures
Profile
- You must have 15 years of experience in project management
- Working across the organization and community to put in place monitoring of compliance with the Regulations, with other EU or local data protection provisions and with the data protection policies
- Hands-on and willing to engage in operational activities
- Proven process management experience
- Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude, self-motivated
- Good communication skills in French and English

As KYC / AML Expert, you bring your expertise to advise and support our clients in the following tasks:
- Updating and elaborate complete KYC files based on local and cross-border requirements and internal process
- Analysing all the necessary documents and files provided by the client to constitute a complete KYC file
- Ensuing file completeness
- Encoding in the client banking systems and tools
- Work in collaboration with the relationship management and client services functions to deliver all required KYC activities (CDD, AML, FATCA, etc.) while meeting internal and external deadlines
- Escalating issues to Middle Office management and/or Compliance department in order to find adequate solutions
- Regularly report on the progress to Middle Office management
- Ensuring all client KYC records are compliant with regulatory standards, and will ensure high quality and timely completion of all client-level due diligence requirements at inception and renewal of client relationships
- Providing input for and contribute to process improvement and simplification
Profile
- You have a Bachelor / Master degree in Economics, Finance or Law
- You have experience in Regulatory domains (MiFID, PRIIPS, IDD, KYC/AML, GDPR, FATCA/CRS, IFRS9, etc.)
- You have IT affinities
- You are able to work in French, Dutch and English
- You have a team-player attitude, you are committed and eager to learn
- You are creative, solutions driven and autonomous
- You have excellent communication skills
- You're not afraid to go the extra mile and share your vision
