1. Payments Transformation 2020

A team of payments experts has been deployed in support of the E2E operations department of a large Belgian bank in the frame of its transformation 2020 program. Scope of intervention includes Robotization within payments, SEPA Instant payments consequences, International payments repairing, Decrease of false hit ratio in payments filtering, review of TOM and data usage. Strong focus has been placed on process improvements/reengineering.
