Young Graduates Program
Roles & Responsibilities
When you have been selected for our DynaFin Young Graduates Program, you will get the possibility to follow a 6 weeks' extensive internal training program focused on our company, being a consultant, the Banking and Insurance industry, the different products and services as well as the main roles a consultant can have at client side.
After having followed this training program, which consists of a combination of different learning methods like online courses, practical cases, workshops, knowledge sharing etc., you will be enrolled in your first mission at client side!
The goal is to put all knowledge acquired during the different trainings into practice and get that hands-on experience!
You will work on specific tasks or a small project within the Banking or Insurance domain, accompanied and supported by one or more senior colleagues.
Profile
Mandatory:
- Language skills are important. Being able to communicate in, or at least understand, French, Dutch and English already gives you an advantage
- You need to have a passion for the financial services industry, because it is our core business.
- You are a curious person, who is eager to learn and continuously strives to become the best version of him/herself
- You are agile and flexible, and you easily adapt to new situations and environments
Preferable:
- You have a master degree in finance, economics or any other degree linked to financial services.
